Even though you’re not likely to need it, all our stairlifts, new and reconditioned, come with a standard 12 months warranty. The warranty for both straight and curved stairlifts is completely free and starts from the day of installation. Halton Stairlifts warranty cover includes a 24 hour emergency helpline and covers you for parts and labour. So you can feel even more confident about using your stairlift.
Service contracts for those ‘just in case’ moments
You can purchase a service contract at the initial installation time or after 12 months but there is no pressure on you to take this contract.
If you have a break down or need a repair or servicing after your Halton Stairlifts warranty cover has expired, we will still attend your call out but you will be billed at the standard rate for call-out, parts and labour.
