Stairlift User Dimension Request

This form is used to collect important dimensions when the stairlift user is not present or available onsite.

Its is important that the requested information is recorded in a dining room chair with the user sat back straight & comfortable.

* If the user can pull their toes back past their knees, then the D measurement is not required.

Users that have knee problems or surgery generally struggle to bring their toes tighter.

Rule – If the toes stick out past the knee, please record this information.

These measurements are required to make sure your stairlift fits perfectly, this highlights any clashes or safety hazards prior to installation.
